We released NiChart 0.1.0. This release brings a fully rebuilt backend and frontend of our cloud application, along with 10+ machine learning and deep learning models — including brain-age regression, disease classification, segmentation, feature extraction and more — supporting NIfTI, DICOM and BIDS inputs. I made ClusterXX public. A simple library for anyone interested in clustering, manifold and decomposition methods. Everything is implemented from scratch(including the data structures needed) and follows sklearn's API. Currently a lot of the methods are not as fast as sklearn's, if anyone's interested - both in implementation and optimization - I'm happy to accept PR's.
